Tutor10x One-Day Hire™ ("the Program") offers a one-day, real-task competition where candidates complete a project relevant to your business. You may choose to hire a candidate based on their performance. The Program is designed to streamline hiring by providing tangible evidence of skills, thereby reducing the need for traditional interviews.
2. Eligibility and Scope
The Program supports roles exclusively within IT and Business, encompassing unpaid and paid internships, as well as part-time, full-time, and contract positions.
The competition is conducted as an in-person event at our Sydney CBD venue or at your sponsored campus/event space, provided the venue meets our quality standards.
Dates are subject to the availability of event space from our partner network.
3. Pricing and Payment
The Client’s first One-Day Hire™ event is provided free of charge, with no limit on the number of hires made from that event.
For the second and any subsequent events, a per-hire fee will apply. Pricing for future events may be updated periodically, and the applicable rate will be stated in the quotation for each booking.
Payment for any paid events is required upfront upon booking to secure your event date.
All applicable pricing will be stated in the official quotation for the event, which must be accepted by the Client before booking.
4. Event Logistics and Support
- One-Day Hire™ manages all event logistics, including onboarding, setup, and candidate instructions.
- The hiring challenge lasts a maximum of four hours.
- Dates will be scheduled flexibly to accommodate your availability and event space.
- Event cancellations must be made in advance. You may cancel only once per order; a second cancellation will not be accepted, and a new order must be placed to reschedule.
4.1 Event Scheduling Process
To ensure a smooth and clear process for event scheduling, the following steps will be followed:
- The client will submit their preferred dates for the One-Day Hire™ event.
- Tutor10x will then confirm the availability of the event space and necessary staff for the requested dates.
- Upon confirmation, Tutor10x will finalize the event date and send a comprehensive confirmation email to the client, detailing all agreed-upon arrangements.
5. Hiring Decision
You retain full discretion to hire or not hire any candidate based on their performance in the competition.
One-Day Hire™ does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any candidate.
