We are seeking an experienced Tutorial Author to create comprehensive, user-friendly, and engaging system tutorials on various software and computer-related topics. The ideal candidate would be someone who can work independently, has a comprehensive understanding and practical experience in the subject they wish to teach, and has a knack for presenting complex topics in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop a course outline
- Demonstrate the use and application of software tools using a screen recorder to create instructional videos.
- Collaborate with the production team to deliver high-quality video tutorials.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the subject matter to provide the most current information to users.
Must Have
- Proven experience as an author, writer, or similar role.
- Knowledge and experience of the subject matter they wish to teach.
- Demonstrated proficiency with screen recording software and other relevant tools.
Nice to have
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
