  • Assist prospective students with the enrollment process and follow up until course completion.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with Senior Business Analysts, Course Developers, and the Marketing team to provide feedback on course performance and satisfaction, and suggest areas for improvement.

Flexible Work Environment

Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the field and learn from experienced professionals. Unlike an internship, you will have more autonomy and responsibility, as well as the chance to earn commissions based on your performance. This means that you can set your own goals and grow your skills and income at your own pace. You will also receive feedback and support from our team to help you succeed.

Employment Type and Schedule

This is a commission-based role where you will operate as an independent contractor and need to have your own Australian Business Number (ABN). We will formalise our working relationship with a Commission Agreement, a type of subcontractor agreement that outlines the commission structure, payment terms, and other important details. This arrangement provides flexibility in terms of your working hours and employment type, allowing you to work on a casual, part-time, or full-time basis according to your preferences and availability. You will need to work at least 3.5 days per week during our working hours (9 am to 5 pm) to ensure productive work.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation package without a base salary. After the initial 6-month contract, there is potential for extension based on performance, with opportunities for longer-term contracts and additional benefits.

Work Environment

This role is hybrid, combining remote work with onsite requirements. You will need to work from home and be available to work onsite at least once a week.
