About Tutor10x:
Tutor10x is a pioneering e-learning platform providing unique, interactive, simulation-based tutorials. We primarily focus on IT tools and business technologies essential in today’s digital landscape. We're looking for Instructional Designers who are experienced university lecturers, capable of developing courses across a broad spectrum of subjects.
Role:
As an Instructional Designer, your role will be to design course content for a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Wireshark, MYOB, Azure, Microsoft Tools (Access, Project, Excel, Copilot), Data Science tools (R, MATLAB, SPSS), Business Management tools (ARIS, SAP), Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Pig), Database Management (MongoDB, Redis, MySQL Workbench), and others. You’ll have the autonomy to create and control course content, which we'll transform into interactive tutorials using our innovative simulation engine.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, effective, and interactive course content for a diverse set of tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with our team to turn your designs into interactive simulation tutorials.
- Monitor course sales and earnings through our transparent, real-time tracking system.
Must Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A passion for improving traditional education and embracing innovative teaching methodologies.
- Instructional design skills, or experience in curriculum development or related fields.
- Excellent written English, creativity, autonomy, and a valid work permit for Australia.

Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience in teaching international students.
- Strong analytical skills
- University-level teaching experience with a broad knowledge of various IT and business tools.
