Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern with a focus on Instructional Design in UX Design. This role offers hands-on experience in creating and implementing educational content and strategies for our UX design programs. This internship provides a great opportunity for students to gain practical experience while contributing to real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into effective instructional designs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and comprehensive UX design course materials.
- Participate in designing and developing e-learning modules and assessments.
- Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in UX design education.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of instructional materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Must Have
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university or vocational program (e.g., Business, Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, UX Design).
- Strong interest in UX design and instructional design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of e-learning software.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
