Tutor10x presents the One-Day Digital Marketing Internship™—a fast-paced, real-world hiring event designed to evaluate candidates based on actual performance, not resumes.
In just one day, participants will take on real marketing challenges aligned with business needs. This immersive experience allows candidates to demonstrate both creative execution and strategic thinking in a practical setting.
Top performers will be considered for two (2) Digital Marketing Internship roles, designed with distinct focus areas:
- Content Creator Track – focused on producing engaging social media content
- Growth Strategist Track – focused on marketing funnels, audience targeting, and campaign strategy
This program is part of Tutor10x’s signature One-Day Hire™, where hiring decisions are based on real outputs, real thinking, and real results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Participants will complete structured tasks designed to simulate real digital marketing work, including:
- Creating social media content and visual assets
- Producing short-form digital content
- Developing content ideas aligned with a brand or product
- Proposing a marketing funnel or campaign strategy
- Presenting your work and explaining your thought process

During an internship at High Tech Mastermind, Sagal contributed to the One-Day Hire initiative—supporting process improvements and founder engagement for a fast-track recruitment program. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and business analysis, Sagal helps turn ideas into clear, scalable solutions.

Sam is a dedicated Event Coordinator at High Tech Masterminds, responsible for managing and coordinating events at Tutor10x. With a background in Cybersecurity and experience in roles such as Brand Ambassador and Service Desk Technician, Sam excels at connecting the dots between candidates, mentors, judges, and industry guests.
